As a small business, I work with customers personally and ensure everyone gets what they need. I will meet with you for free consultations, or correspond in whatever way is convenient. None of my pricing is concrete, I am willing to work with you to provide a product that is special as well as affordable.

I started with photography when digital cameras became available, as a hobby. I bought my first one my senior year of high school. I was very interested in art when I was in school, I even attended college seeking a BFA, and always knew I would do something creative as a career.

My friends and family started to take note of the photos I was posting to social networking sites and asking me if I would take pictures for them, and it grew from there. I would shoot local bands in exchange for getting into the show without the cover and a few drinks. I'd print photos of my younger cousins and frame them for a little spending money. I started surrounding myself with other artists and learning as much as I could. I've always been connected with my community and enjoyed being able to give something back.

Now I get to attend weddings and events, I get to create beautiful images of interesting people. I am invited to witness special moments, encouraged to express my creativity, and I love my work. I receive opportunities to go places, meet people, and see things. I consider myself to be very fortunate.

I live in Eastown, a diverse community in Grand Rapids, Michigan, my hometown that I have left and come back to so many times. It will always be an important place to me. I take part in everything I can, from volunteering at local venues, to selling at the artisan's market, to meeting up with online groups and clubs, and including the local creative types in every project I undertake for fun.

I look forward to every job that comes my way.
